Constance Strbich, DO

Board Certified Family Medicine

Dr. Strbich is a Board-Certified Family Practice Physician and Adjunct Clinical Professor of Family Medicine at LECOM Englewood Family Practice. With over three decades of dedicated medical experience, she blends comprehensive clinical expertise with a passion for medical education. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathy from Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency at Botsford General Hospital, where she served as Chief Resident.

Throughout her career, Dr. Strbich has provided care across full-spectrum family medicine and emergency environments in Florida, Michigan, and Wyoming. She has served as a Clinical Affiliate Professor for Michigan State University and continues to train the next generation of physicians at LECOM. She is active in the American Osteopathic Association and the Florida Osteopathic Medical Association and is committed to patient-centered care in Englewood.

Outside work, she enjoys hiking with her husband and family dog, sailing, cooking, and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Diana Perrin, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Diana K. Perrin, MSN, APRN, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of experience specializing in emergency nursing, hospitalist medicine, and family practice. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from South University.

At LECOM Family Practice, Diana brings heart and proactive purpose to healthcare. She focuses on preventive medicine to help patients stay healthy, empowered, and thriving.

Diana enjoys discovering music, planning travel, watching football, and staying active. Above all, she values quality time with family and friends.

Stacy Seitz, APRN, FNP-C

Stacy Seitz is a board-certified Advanced Practice Family Nurse Practitioner with an autonomous license. She completed her graduate education at Purdue University and holds three undergraduate degrees from Indiana University.

Her clinical expertise encompasses family practice, internal medicine, and urgent care procedures. She has provided patient care across a wide range of healthcare settings throughout the country. This breadth of training and experience allows her to deliver comprehensive, evidence-based care.

Manoucheka “Mani” Cadet, APRN, FNP-C

Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner

Manoucheka Cadet is a Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to compassionate, patient-centered care for individuals and families. She brings extensive nursing and advanced practice experience to primary care, with a focus on preventive health, chronic disease management, and helping patients achieve their health goals.

She earned her Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Walden University. She is also a Registered Nurse and Licensed Practical Nurse, with many years of experience across a variety of healthcare settings.

Manoucheka builds trusting relationships by taking time to listen, educate, and develop individualized treatment plans. She is fluent in English, French, and Creole.
